College of the Canyons Economic Development Division houses the Employee Training Institute (ETI) and has provided training to over 1,500 firms and approximately 10,000 participants. Our classes improve employee job skills to meet changing technologies, increase employee satisfaction and productivity, and provide business with the ability to meet changing markets.
