ETI's fees are economical and competitive. Because we are local, companies can avoid the extra cost of bringing an outside training firm, or sending employees out of town.
Additionally, we offer a specialized fund for qualified businesses to support training. ETI holds its 10th contract with the state Employment Training Panel. ETP funding to support training is derived from the .1% training tax collected from California employers based on their quarterly payroll. The only cost paid by eligible employers for ETP supported training is a materials fee of $250 per employee trained.
