Flexible and affordable
Since the early 90's the Employee Training Institute has provided training to over 1,500 firms and approximately 10,000 participants. Our classes improve employee job skills to meet changing technologies, increase employee satisfaction and productivity, and provide business with the ability to meet changing markets. Curriculum topics span a wide range of areas, from CAD/CAM programming to manufacturing skills, to computer skills, to language skills, to soft skills. Trainers are subject matter experts in their arenas, and ensure that the training is practical and that it reflects current thought and best practices in the area of study. Training is scheduled according to participant and trainer schedules. We have held training for night shifts, on weekends, on site and at COC training facilities. Consortium classes are offered to meet the needs of small employers and those with only a few employees with a particular need.
